The case study is included, alongside a writing frame and several tasks that encourage the student to unpick the case study. I found this worked really well with EAL students and lower ability students who struggle to write longer answers.

This was a great task to give the students after they finished 3.7.2. It brought all of the ratios together and required the students to do a full analysis of a company.

Included is a PowerPoint that includes an introduction to ARR, Payback and NPV. Worked examples and practice questions are present throughout. These are simple to follow and enable the students to go forth and master the topic. I have also included a separate lesson on some of the internal and external factors influencing investment decisions, as well as a worksheets that you may wish to use alongside the lessons provided.

A great resource for students to use to continuously self assess their progress. These can be placed in folders at the front of units. I ask my student to update their PLC checklists when they come into the room. Really useful for identifying tricky revision topics too !
